Processing Times

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Usually ship within 24–48 hours.

  • Personalized/Custom Items: Require about 2–3 weeks for production before shipping.

Please note: Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, as order volume and production schedules can affect timing. All custom pieces are carefully handmade to ensure quality.

Once an order is placed, changes to personalization or shipping details cannot be guaranteed, so please double-check your order before checkout. Many customization options are case-sensitive.

Order Process

  1. After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

  2. We’ll send updates as your order is being processed.

  3. Once your package ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order.

Shipping Rates

  • United States: Free standard shipping on orders over $49. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Orders are normally shipped via USPS (or a similar provider).

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on production, shipping provider, and location:

  • United States: USPS Standard – 4–7 business days after shipping

  • Canada: Canada Post – 7–14 business days

  • United Kingdom: Royal Mail – 5–10 business days

  • Australia: Australia Post – 7–14 business days

  • Europe: Local provider – 8–12 business days

  • Other International Locations: Local provider – 7–14 business days

For personalized items, please allow 3–4 weeks total (production + shipping).

Packaging

All MeeksLxCollection pieces come carefully packaged, perfect for gifting or personal use. Gift bag options may also be available at checkout.

Shipping Insurance

MeeksLxCollection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. For extra peace of mind, you may add Shipping Protection at checkout to insure your order.
